I have horrible and amazing news! I got my phone taken away because
I was “using it too much, getting distracted and misbehaving”. So I get it
taken away for a whole month, unless I can prove to my parents that I deserve
it back; 3 more weeks to go, yippy :) . The great news is that I am going skiing
for Winter Break, I got to go ice skating with my friends today, and I am going
to my friend’s house to decorate cookies!! Anyways, I am trying my best to
behave and respect my parents, so I guess that falls into the thankfulness
virtue. I am continuing to build my helicopter for Science Olympiad; it is fun
when you understand what you are supposed to do. I have not really improved in assertiveness
because I felt that there wasn’t much to do this week, class wise. I had fun
this week though because there wasn’t much homework and I actually understood
the physics and it was really easy.
For me this week has been tiring but I am glad you have had fun. In Archimedean it is hard to have fun and get good grades at the same time and I am glad you managed that. Sorry you got your phone taken away. Hope you get it back soon! -Amanda Rojas
